Black Spidey

Sorry for the wait, but here's my latest Munny. I'm still currently working on everyone's christmas presents, but I had some time and wanted to relax for a bit before I start up again. In the end, I decided to make a famous character: Black Spiderman!

MIA due to christmas presents

Sorry to everyone. I've been MIA from the Munny and art scene because I'm currently working on making my family's christmas presents. Oh yes, it's a long arduous process, but I'm almost done. It does seem like when I finish one member's, 2 others pop up, but still it's a lot of fun making people I love presents. I'll be posting them up for christmas, so look forward to that! Trust me, there's a lot! And, of course, if I end up having spare time, I'll post the ones I'm allowed to show at the time. Haha

Gundam 00 Seven Swords: Double Silence custom

I decided to take a break from the Munny world for a bit. Instead, I picked up my old childhood favorite: building Gundams! This time, my model was the 00 Gundam Seven Swords from the 00 series! A change of color scheme and a bit of imagining created this special custom, which I like to call "Double Silence".

It has a nice red and black color scheme. What else is... the damage!!!

Element project: Earth... Like the ground.

Mundo means earth in tagalog.... Foliage and rocks was my theme.

Ah! My munny is on fire!!!

Part of the element project. It's the fire element. I added some culture to it, so we all get a free tagalog lesson. Apoy means fire in tagalog.

glossy or matte finish?

So I've been contemplating whether to stop using a glossy finish and switch over to matte finish. The finish product always has a "sticky" feel to it, and I hate touching it in fear of smudging, though I know it won't. Gloss also leaves fingerprints. I think I'll try a matte and see how I like it.

Sakura blossoms for a friend

So I had missed my friend's birthday a little while ago, so I thought buying her a $5 bracelet wasn't enough. So I picked up my good ol' friend, and in one night, made her one of these! It turned out really nice! Happy birthday, bud!

Munny me up!

Guess who made a Munny up in his image!? I could get used to this...

Love it.

Munny: Taking baby steps...

So on the way to creating my Elements project, I have decided to show you around my work place... Pretty much composed of my back yard...

This little guy turns into a big deal!

Munny Munny Munny: No, it's not just green

I've recently been excitedly addicted to the Do-it-yourself Munny toys! It's great. You pick up a blank one, you paint it up, and BOOM! You have a masterpiece.

I'm currently in the process of doing a series of Munnys (?). I'm calling it "Elements". It'll be all about the elements. Currently, I'm working on the basic four: fire, wind, water, and earth. Stay tuned to see more when I finish as well as upcoming projects I'm concocting in my head!

Ever had a time when so many great ideas was going through your head? (A stream of consciousness?)
